Procuring a new opportunity as I'm studying to become a State Licensed Phlebotomist, with my great deal of administrative back ground working in Hospitals, Offic Clinics, and Long Term Care Facilities, with this combination of skills I have a strong communication, organizational, and professional skills, which are valuable in any healthcare setting, I also have knowledge and very experienced with multiple hospital systems and EHR systems and long term care health systems such as Change Healthcare, Optum billing, & others. Understanding of Healthcare Operations, including patient flow, compliance, and interdepartmental communication and I am open to Cross-Training Opportunities. In past experiences I was intriem manager for the Government Department for Prime Healthcare Management Inc and over seen all daily collection and billing operations from start to finish for 2 big major hospital facilities, and assist with any revenue cycle issues weather it was for collections or billing for all other Facilities with in the CBO. I can work independently and prioritize work assignments, I meet deadlines, and I manage multiple projects and priorities all at one time ensuring all is done complete, Strong computer skills including Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. One major asset I am very good with obtaining E Tar Authorizations for all types of I/P O/P services as well as Managed Healthcare Plans. I understand the implementation and/or maintenance of Electronic Medical Record systems and know how to read the medical records and where to locate all information needed.
