Hello, I'm Joseph, a Business Management graduate with a keen interest in growing my career within the Human Resources field. My passion lies in understanding the human capital that drives business success and the strategies involved in attracting, developing, and enabling talent to achieve organizational objectives. I am particularly excited by the strategic discussions and decision-making processes related to employee experience and relevant talent trends. In my current role at Gore Mutual, I support the design and delivery of enterprise-wide programs and strategies that enhance learning and development, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement. I collaborate across teams to implement aligned training programs, employee development tools, and succession planning initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and change. Additionally, throughout both of my roles at Gore Mutual, I have led our enterprise-wide Co-op Program focused on early talent acquisition and development. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy traveling, practicing yoga, and running.
