I also love working with clients using Miro, to help them figure out the strategy and develop best-in-class dashboards.Power BI | Insightful Dashboards and Streamlining ProcessesI started dabbling with Microsoft Power BI since 2017 and recognised the ability to transform the way we work with data, thereby changing the dynamics of any organisation.From there, I orchestrated and developed Power BI dashboards for use across various functions, from finance, sales, HR to operations and procurement.The end result is insightful dashboards for decision makers to make better decisions and develop strategic plans. In the process, we bring data from all over the place to enable teams to work collaboratively and help them focus on what's important.Miro | Collaboration for the FutureI use Miro, an online whiteboarding tool to help teams figure out their data strategy, work through their current processes to see how they can streamline their reporting.My experience started from the military, where I was exposed to operations, strategy planning and workplan development. I had to collaborate across various stakeholders, manage expectations and chart out the way forward. My ability to think at the big picture allowed me to streamline and harness the synergies that will be required for success.I then went on to help a $30mil turn company streamline and digitally transform their processes. I introduced new ways of working, and architect the use of Power BI within the company.
