Young and passionate I started my culinary journey in 2011 with the Rocky Mountain Chef’s of Colorado, while attending 3 years of culinary school I was employed by the Denver Athletic Club under CEC AAC Dominic Menna, graduated in 2014 and was promoted to chef for the Denver Athletic Club restaurant, maintained chef for 3 years and was promoted to Executive Sous Chef for the Denver Athletic Club where I proudly hold my position currently. 2nd in command I work with the Executive Chef to insure all 3 food and beverage outlets run smoothly and consistent on a daily basis, with that comes additional 25 employees under my immediate supervision, over seeing production for the main restaurant, pub, billiards our updated bowling alley, snack bar and banquet kitchen, resigned after 7 years in 2019. Currently Executive Chef & Director of Dining for Pegasus senior living. We are one of the only units to offer continuance care thru Assisted, Indivudual care continuing in to Memory Care, 3 kitchens with approx 13 staff members, improving their daily life by house made authentic dishes
