Concurrent experience working for the Federal Government where I was nominated for Federal Employee of the Year for being finding and eliminating business process artifacts costing the taxpayer millions of dollars a year.(Spoiler. I'm good at this) Significant experience in screening, evaluating, and interviewing Technical Architects, Java developers, Java Engineers, Application Developers & Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Site Reliability, ETC. I've been around the block and then some, I've supported Top Secret/Secret military programs, built out teams for research and development, contributed to growth in Google's Cloud businesses, and consulted for Local, State, & Federal governments. I am a techno nerd. I write code, I write technical requirements, I understand and have worked in agile & waterfall environments, and I understand electronics, electromagnetics, distributed systems, pre-post silicon tech, firmware, hardware, software, and broadcast systems. communications systems, satellites, and much much more. I leverage my previous experience and hobbies to better understand my client's needs and the candidated experiences. I want to know everything, learn everything, and am forever curious.
