About Joseph Cook

Been with C&R Software as a Solution Consultant II for over a year now. I have been working with various clients on their use of the company software. Previously, I had been with Navient for 16 years where I transitioned through various departments within their organization as I proved myself capable of more. All of this work and collaboration with my team and managers earned me the title of Senior Implementation Analyst through my time with Navient. For the last 7 years I have also been volunteering at the Wesleyan Church of North Collins as the Youth Group Director. This position has taught me time management while working full time, patience and understanding with varying age groups, and helped me grow in my organizational skills. In this role I lead weekly lessons for pre-teen and teenagers, aid a team of adults supporting this ministry, and plan large scale events with other churches and organizations involving coordination of varying facets. For all of these roles the most valuable asset was sharing our knowledge as a team. As a team member, I believe that collaboration and effective communication are what support the success of the team as a whole. I strive to support my team and the mission of that team as an active member.
