As a product leader, I am passionate about the convergence of strategy, execution, and digital technologies across public and private sectors. I started in sales and operations, then moved into business analysis and program management, leading multi-year change initiatives. My experience with complex change, understanding technical architectures, and translating strategy to execution naturally led to product and business leadership roles. Currently, as Head of Insurance Solutions and Head of Government Debt Solutions in BNY’s Corporate Trust business, I lead teams in designing, building, delivering, and managing solutions to Reinsurers and Insurers, the US Federal Government, and other clients.
