With a certificate in IT from Year Up, I have a strong foundation in hardware installation, computer troubleshooting, and customer service. I am passionate about providing excellent A/V and IT support to various clients and users, and I enjoy learning new skills and technologies to enhance my performance and productivity. In my most recent role as an Audio Visual Specialist at MBTA, I am responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio and video equipment for various events and meetings. I also have experience as an Audio Visual Technician at SharkNinja and an Audio/Video Support Specialist at Harvard Business School, where I supported the faculty, staff, and customers with their A/V needs and requests, and ensured the smooth delivery of online and hybrid classes. In all my roles, I collaborated with my team members and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and reliability of the A/V services and solutions. I am eager to leverage my A/V and IT skills in a new and challenging environment, where I can contribute to the success and growth of the organization.
