Improve the security maturity of our people, methods, and organization to equip teams with the security skills and capabilities necessary to develop secure solutions that Mass Data’s customers can trust. • Apply security architecture and engineering expertise in effective, open, proper, and timely ways, acting as security authority for all Mass Data deliveries and establishing product security policies. • Act as a subject matter expert to directly influence innovation and enhance the security maturity of our product deployments and teams. • Work closely with security champions and product teams to enable and support risk-based decision-making that pragmatically balances security, performance, and compliance to ensure that products are secure and usable for real-world use cases. • Contribute to developing a high-quality product security program that addresses Mass Data’s top product security priorities, including the research, selection, and implementation of tooling and process improvements. • Educate the engineering organization on critical technologies and security requirements to improve the organization’s security maturity, awareness, and judgment and enable engineers to develop more secure products. • Research and provide analysis on security trends, products, and the evolving threat landscape.
