He has a strong grasp on the fundamental testing process of test planning, analysis & design, execution, defect management and reporting. Joe has worked extensively in automated testing and has managed testing projects of varying scope and complexity. His expertise is in defining test strategy and coordinating test efforts across global organizations along with his experience in Regression Testing, UAT Testing, End 2 End Testing, and Integration Testing. On the automation and test management side, Joe has excellent exposure to Selenium, Serenity BDD, QuickTest Professional/UFT, LoadRunner, Silk Central Test Manager, Application Lifecycle Management, Worksoft Certify, and IBM Rational Quality Manager. He has worked for the largest companies in the transportation and logistics industry (UPS) and chemical manufacturing (BASF), pure-play software testing (QualiTest) and the premier U.S. mortgage origination and servicing company - Rocket Mortgage.
