About Joseph Deiuliis

Mr. Deiuliis is a highly motivated and creative individual with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He is experienced in operations, estimating, and business development, and a wide array of proposal submission types for private, commercial and governmental clients including some of the largest property owners on the East and West Coasts. Mr. Deiuliis has excellent communications skills. Has consistently maintained over $100 million of current, high-priority opportunities, and has lead proposal efforts competing against the largest, most talented construction firms in the world including single projects that have ranged as high as $1.6 billion. Mr. Deiuliis owned and ran his own construction company for almost two decades in the Pittsburgh, PA area. In addition to his extensive background in the construction industry, he is also a community leader. Mr. Deiuliis was elected to the Mount Lebanon, PA Commission and served for four years as one of a five-member panel that was the governing body for an affluent community with a population of residents in the suburbs of Pittsburgh. As Commissioner, Mr. Deiuliis was a decision-maker for all executive managerial decisions, establishment of public policy, drafted, and approved ordinances and resolutions, managed a $40 million annual municipal budget and actively handled constituent issues. He sits on a number of Board and Committees both in his role as a community leader and in industry.
