About Joseph Evans

Skip Evans is one of the initial Vantage Systems, LLC team members, starting as a Senior ERP Consultant in February of 2008. I am responsible for providing a full range of application services related to Ross Enterprise, Syspro, and other ERP applications including project design, scope setting, cost estimates, staffing, project management, training, computer system validation project management and support, and business process improvement initiatives. While at Vantage Systems, I have successfully managed or participated in 20 Computer System Validation and ERP implementation projects. I was a member of the Cambrex Ross ERP support team starting in 2001 as Business Process Specialist and Team Leader, Materials Management. I managed or participated in 11 Computer System Validation and ERP implementation projects and had other subject matter expert responsibilities. Prior to joining Cambrex, I served in diverse roles including Purchasing Agent, Buyer, Logistics Manager, Sales Engineer, and Training Coordinator at Mobil Oil Corporation. The skills acquired in those positions have enhanced my ability to guide customers on business issues which are directly and indirectly affected by the implementation of the software. I am knowledgeable about the hands-on IT Administration and the user experience of ERP products, as well as the successful strategies for, integrating ERP systems into the operation, avoiding common hurdles during an ERP implementation, upgrade, or validation projects, and easing the impact of the implementation project on the organization.
