About Joseph Farris

The majority of my life, has been dedicated to the support and assistance to customers/consumers over the phone/in person. Over the years I have learned a lot about what it takes to be reliable in this line of work. Whether it is patience, persistence, active listening or just being someone to talk to. I feel it has helped me grow, not only professionally, but as a person as well. I say that, because in collections or customer service, every situation is different, and lets be honest, it isnt always the most friendly interaction. At first. This is where I would say my growth as a person has allowed me the success it has over the years. Every customer, every person is different in some way or another, and so are the situations that put them in front of me. My job is to adapt to each person differently, find a way to relate to them and come to a solution that not only meets my requirements as an employee, but also a solution that works for the consumer/customer to where it will hinder them as little as possible. I am a hard worker, I enjoy the thought of being someone who can make a change where I work, for the better, and maybe even do it in a way that can improve upon the ways that are already set. I want to be considered valuable wherever I am, and I want to make a difference. I am always eager to learn new ideas, concepts or tools to help my team and I in anyway possible and hopefully continue my growth in whatever industry it is I am in.
