About Joseph Frazier

I spent 11 years in the Navy, 10 of which I was a supervisor/manager. I began my college education while at sea. After discharge, I became an OTR Owner Operator. For the last 20 plus years, I have booked freight, delivered freight, over seen the safety procedures of Frazier Express while completing my college education and accumulating over 2.5 million safe miles. For the last 3 years I have been a driver for CTL and then Service Transport Company after their a acquisition of CTL. I am a Driver/Driver Trainer. I have been trained in dispatch and dealt with vendors for truck and trailer repairs. I oversee the maintenance of trucks and trailers. I understand P&L of a terminal and the requirements to be profitable. In my current position I have helped grow a new terminal in Joliet for the last 18 months. Safety is a priority and includes terminal/company profitability. I am active in my church, Creola First Baptist Church, where I have chaired 2 committees (Building & Grounds and Bus Committees). These positions have allowed me to work within certain financial restrictions while maximizing results.
