I am a seasoned business professional with 6+ years of learning application support and teaching assistance experience in higher education. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for communicating complex concepts to end-users of all levels, as well as for training diverse populations and identifying beneficial technologies, I have a history of contributing to organization efficiency and growth throughout my career. In addition, I liaise with senior leadership, faculty, and technical teams to ensure the company’s learning application support structure is driving the business forward with minimal expenditures.
