I am a solutions oriented IT Manager with over 25 years of experience in the credit union/banking industry. Most recently I was the Manager of Information Systems for Conestoga Bank which was purchased by Beneficial Bank several months ago. A few of my accomplishments include: • Management of the daily operations of the bank’s IT department as well as core system operation for the mainframe transaction-based teller system ensuring that all systems were in place and operating efficiently for all member/customer transactions for timely and accurate processing. • Successfully managed the IT related system projects related to online ATM and Visa bank products including system upgrade releases and overall system conversions. • Responsible for maintaining computer security, hardware and software while ensuring optimal system utilization and streamlined processes. This included the coordination, planning and testing of the company’s Disaster/Recovery/Business Continuity teams. I have a unique balance of knowledge of the banking industry and hands-on technical skills, which have been invaluable in allowing me to effectively manage the IT function of the bank’s transaction based systems ensuring accuracy and efficiency of bank consumer product operations.
