About Joseph George

With 12 years of experience in software quality assurance, I have led and mentored QA teams, designed robust testing strategies, and delivered high-quality software solutions across diverse sectors, including healthcare, insurance, life sciences, consumer goods, UK public projects, etc. I specialise in manual, automation, mobile testing, performance testing, and cloud migration testing, with proven expertise in designing and implementing QA strategies within Agile environments to ensure seamless project execution. In addition to my QA expertise, I have contributed to project management by supporting delivery managers in organising Agile ceremonies, tracking project progress, and maintaining project documentation. My hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, coupled with strong organisational and communication skills, has enabled me to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Recently, I completed a Master’s in IT Project Management from AUT in New Zealand, where I expanded my knowledge in Digital Transformation, Change Management, Software Architecture, Agile Project Management, and Team Facilitation. This academic experience, combined with my professional background, allows me to bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic project delivery. I am passionate about driving project success, meeting industry standards, and delivering exceptional value to clients by leveraging my expertise in software delivery and project management.
