I’ve built my career at the intersection of sports, fitness, and technology. I founded and operated SacTown FitClub, a performance facility where I trained youth, college, and pro athletes in strength, movement, and recovery. My background includes coaching, business management, sales, and athlete development—all fueled by a deep passion for teaching and growth. Today, I combine that experience with AI-driven tools and connected fitness technology to help clients train smarter, stay accountable, and see measurable progress. I’ve used platforms like Trainerize, TrueCoach, Tonal, Peloton, and MyFitnessPal to design remote programs for athletes, professionals, and everyday people worldwide. Beyond fitness, I’m also a Sales Development Representative and Basketball Coach, using my communication and leadership skills to build relationships, motivate teams, and drive results.
