My name is Joseph Gordon, I am an honors student at University of Massachusetts, Amherst. I am interested in politics and law. I have spent the last 4 years involved in local and state politics. I was a Congressional Intern for Congressman James P. McGovern and worked on his campaign as well as those of Elizabeth Warren and Maura Healy. The reason I love politics is how it is inextricably linked to community service. While in college, I served my community as a bus driver and worked on the Amherst Districting Advisory Board. This Board worked to redraw the voting districts for Amherst based on the 2020 census' data. Over the last few years, my current interest is pursuing law school. In order to gain more knowledge and experience in this field, I have been working as a File Clerk at Morrison Mahoney, LLP.
