About Joseph Griffith

I am a trial lawyer in the Dallas office of Greenberg Traurig focusing my practice on products liability and business litigation. My trial practice is national, extending to both federal and state courts across the country including multidistrict litigations (MDLs). I pride myself in being a passionate advocate for my clients, generally handling cases ranging from complex commercial litigation to mass torts to high stakes, single-plaintiff cases. I am AV Peer Review Rated Preeminent (5.0/5.0) by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. A Past-President of the Dallas Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, I am a frequent speaker on issues relating to trial strategy and federal court practice. In addition to my legal practice, I am a civic leader and involved in numerous community service and bar association activities. I am an active leader of the Federal Bar Association on a local and national level. Nationally, I have served a variety of positions including on the Federal Bar Association’s Government Relations Committee and Constitution and Bylaws Committee. I have been recognized by numerous publications for my legal work, including The Best Lawyers in America, D Magazine's Best Lawyers in Dallas, and Texas Super Lawyers.
