Vice President with over two decades of demonstrated experience working in the environmental and geotechnical drilling and remediation services industry. Strong entrepreneurship and professional skill in running a profitable small business from top to bottom. Reporting to Owner and President, I am responsible for the professional oversight and leadership of a dozen direct reports and all day to day company operations. Review workflows, efficiencies and effectiveness in a client-driven but regulatory minded environment while ensuring efficient and scalable operations. Monitor and adapt to industry and regulatory trends and developing strategies to seamlessly incorporate them into our future growth. Oversee internal and external HR, Finance and Legal operations, manage compliance processes. Excel at developing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders – clients, vendors, team and community members alike. Manage emerging projects from concept and launch phases to completion. In my personal time I enjoy hiking, kayaking, gardening and myriad outdoor activities, and staying active within my community in the Quiet Corner of Connecticut. It is an honor to be able to live in a small community filled with examples of sustainable and organic farming, small business, alternative power investment and a modern look towards a more sustainable future.
