Excels in developing solutions, building teams, and driving morale. My goal is to continue to develop myself and my teams to maximize profits and continuously deliver strong results. My ambition is to be the face of an organization and utilize my experience and problem solving skills to better an overall business. After my Military career was over, I decided to get back into retail and quickly climbed the ladder from hourly associate to most recent, an executive role. My specialty is Retail Operations and building committed strong teams for long term, sustainable results.
