About Joseph Hanley

As a Human Resources Manager with Department of Homeland Security, I apply my 24 years of leadership and human resource management experience to support the agency's mission and strategic goals. In this role I coordinate and collaborate with Federal Agents, Officers and local law enforcement to investigate misconduct and advise management on the appropriate legal course. I hold a BA in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona and numerous certifications and trainings in Leadership and Management, demonstrating my knowledge and skills in the Operations and HR field. I have a proven track record of delivering results in director level operations, project and program management, quality assurance, executive coaching and mentorship, and policy development and enforcement. I have 15 deployments across the globe and managed over 1200 personnel across four ships and a staff unit as a Command Master Chief at the US Navy. I am passionate about developing and empowering people, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, and contributing to the national security and public service.
