About Joseph Holtmann

Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor and Qualified Mental Health Professional. Hello! I am a prior service veteran of the United States Army National Guard where I was a crew chief / attack helicopter repairman, working specifically on the AH-64D Apache. I attended Missouri State University, where I was in the Sigma Nu fraternity and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, emphasizing in behavior. I completed a minor in History with a focus on the nazi occupation of Germany. I had further studies in Ancient History to include Greco-Roman empires, Egypt, Middle-East, Asia, and the Colonial-American era. I moved to Phoenix, Arizona and worked with children who have developmental, mental and emotional disabilities as a behavioral interventionist. While there I attended Arizona State University and took some graduate level courses as a non degree seeking student. I returned to Missouri hoping to achieve more for my family, grow in honor, faith and love. I began working as a substance abuse counselor and quickly obtained certification in Co-Occurring disorders treatment. I was invited to become the Franklin county court liaison for the Co-Occurring program where I am an integral member of the team giving my council to judges, attorneys and officers of the law.
