Nowadays, the business environment relies heavily on technologies for many functions that jeopardize the security of the end-user as well as the company. With my passion for improving the company’s information technology infrastructure, I leveraged my well-rounded skill set garnered and harnessed during my tenure, which allows me to enhance the efficiency of providing products and services to customers. Also, I strive to bring the best of my competencies in dispensing engineering support to a wide array of network connectivity issues while serving as the first line of defense against network disruptions and failures. As a cisco certified network associate (CCNA) and organized professional, I am proficient at installing, configuring, and troubleshooting medium-sized networks while accountable for delivering level 1 and 2 network support to different high-profile clients, including Wal-Mart and McDonald’s stores. On top of that, I had been striving for the challenge of living or moving to other countries to promote the importance of education to students. I have a proven track record of giving the best education the students deserve upon developing a lesson plan focusing on boosting their English language competencies and computer science knowledge. More so, I am adept at working independently or collaboratively while under pressure with minimal supervision. As a result, I keep on flourishing by working with people of diverse backgrounds to establish a fiduciary relationship with them and, at the same time, achieve mutual objectives. At the heart of my experiences lies a lesson that has taught me that working with others towards a common objective or vision is the fuel that attains positive and uncommon results since the power of teamwork is not to be underestimated.
