I worked as a mechanic for Toyota, then Lexus, until 2010 when I ruptured a disk in my low back and had to have emergency surgery. After two months of recovery, I went back to Toyota as a Service Advisor and was able to advance to Service Manager by the end of 2010. Over the last 8 years, I have had the pleasure of managing the Service Departments of Toyota, Hyundai, Ford, Cadillac, Buick, and GMC dealerships. I pride myself on being able to increase profits, improve customer service, and encourage employee morale while maintaining my integrity. I am driven by a strong work ethic, the love of my wife of 18 years, and the desire to provide for my 5 children ages 7 to 17.
