Background

About Joseph Krzeczkowski

I am an experienced engineering leader focusing on coaching, culture, and data-driven decision making, with over 10 years in B2B SAAS working on cloud-based web applications, data and analytics, reliability and scalability, and eventually consistent distributed systems.I enjoy helping other engineers by white boarding and offering architectural ideas. I love assisting my team members in their career development and challenging them to try things outside of their comfort zone. Above all, I like building teams that can thrive on their own, with little intervention.I am passionate about scalability and systems architecture. I dedicate myself to producing efficient software. I am able to accurately communicate technical ideas with others and because I pride myself on having the end in mind, I am also highly capable of defining project specifications that can be used by other engineers to produce a quality product. Every day I try to teach myself something new. I believe this is the key to success in any profession and I strive to learn on a daily basis. I enjoy learning about the newest technologies and attempt to implement them where they may apply in my work. I like working with others and thrive on the discussions that occur from differing technical opinions.
