Hello, My Name is Joe Nauseef, I am a Legislator for Cortland County, NY, and now as of January 1, 2024 I am also The Mayor of McGraw,NY as well as a a partner with Greenman's Electric in McGraw NY "Joe Nauseef is an experienced entrepreneur with exemplary public service credentials. As an experienced business man, he has first hand knowledge of market risk, customer demand and satisfaction, and returns on investment. As a public servant he has made critical sacrifices as a first responder. For example, A few years ago in his job as an emergency dispatcher Joe received a frantic call from a hysterical mother whose 2-month-old son was not breathing and was turning blue. Joe explained to the woman how to perform CPR and by the time an emergency crew reached the house, the woman’s son was breathing again. Shortly after this incident, Joe was awarded the 2010 Pride of Workmanship Award from the Rotary Club of Cortland NY. Joe's reaction to all of this: “I know on every call I effectively touched someone’s life." At the time, Joe was an emergency dispatcher for TLC Emergency Medical Services as well as the vice president and captain of the McGraw NY Fire Department. I am proud of Joe for his many impressive accomplishments especially those in public service. We both share in the notion of 'service above self.'
