With over 10 years of experience in the US Navy and the data center industry, I am a passionate and skilled technical trainer and operator in critical environments. I have multiple certifications in leadership, project management, and equipment operations. As a Critical Environments Field Operations Trainer at Microsoft, I enable and empower the teams that manage and maintain the facilities and infrastructure that support our cloud services. I develop and deliver training programs and materials, conduct assessments and audits, and provide coaching and feedback. I also collaborate with various stakeholders and partners to ensure the quality and safety of our operations and services. My mission is to help our teams achieve excellence and efficiency in their performance and deliver value to our customers and stakeholders.
