An executive level global strategic sourcing professional having held senior management positions with multinational biotechnology/pharmaceutical research and manufacturing companies and major engineering/construction service providers. 20 years of progressive and extensive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement leadership/management, negotiation and administration of multi-million dollar Agreements/Contracts. Joseph is an American National and holds a Bachelors of Architectural Engineering Degree from the Pennsylvania State University. Joseph recently lead an intensive Opportunity Analysis with one of the largest Biotechnology companies in the world assessing roughly $3.5 Billion in Global spend to drive identification of break-through opportunities/strategies for next years pipeline of Strategic Sourcing Projects/Initiatives. Joseph has always maintained an entrepreneurial spirit and has owned a few different companies - his most recent and challenging endeavor to date has been to take that "leap of faith" to follow a life long passion and open a small custom motorcycle shop with his brother (who also shares the same passion - from the ages of 8 & 9 respectively) in Merritt Island, Florida.
