About Joseph Laux

Over the last six years at Luxer One, I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple roles, gaining a diverse skill set and consistently delivering impactful solutions. As a Product Manager for the past 1.5 years, I’ve led AI/ML-driven projects and developed processes that optimize customer experience and operational efficiency. One of my key achievements includes spearheading the development of a customer-facing support chatbot, that reduced operational costs by in 1H 2024. While my product management experience is relatively recent, my ability to quickly learn, adapt, and leverage data analysis has been a driving force behind my success in each role. I also kickstarted the development of Luxer One's internal wiki, a knowledge base that streamlines documentation processes and improves cross-departmental collaboration. This is an on-going effort company wide. I also bring a data-driven, problem-solving mindset to everything I do, focusing on creating scalable solutions that meet both business and customer needs. With certifications in Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and SAFe 6.0 PO/PM, I am skilled in process improvement, agile methodologies, and leading cross-functional teams. My passion lies in driving efficiency, developing technical product innovations, and empowering teams to deliver meaningful results.
