Senior Resource Co – Ordinator • Source & allocate the right staff with the right competencies & skills for the project • Build relationships and strong communication with our team leaders / operatives, deal with their everyday requests / queries • Build and maintain relationships with clients • Attend performance / supplier’s meetings on a regular basis, attend safety briefings / Site visits – overall be a representative for Ganymede that the clients can put a face to the name rather than just have a rapport through email / phone • Recruitment - Arrange open days, advertise for new operatives through social media / websites or others means. Once the right operative has been selected go through our internal induction & check references. • Manage Training, PPE & fatigue for all operatives and adhere to the Network Rail standards • Admin – assist with processing timesheets, pay totals, allocation spreadsheets, assisting fleet, payroll, credit control with queries and any other everyday requirements. • Monitor aged debt, help reduce by getting new timesheets signed or new orders put in place • Chase leads - working / liaising with our Head of sales with new clients or potential projects
