About Joseph Lore

I have over twenty years experience in the paving industry, most of it centered on sweeping services for milling, paving, and general maintenance for large construction projects/sites. Since that work is seasonal, the winter months were spent overseeing snow removal operations for The Clifton Commons Mall, Nutley Park Shop-Rite, and New Jersey Transit. Unfortunately that career came to an end and I had to start over. I picked up the pieces and worked for AFLAC in Basking Ridge alongside some of the best people I have ever worked with. In 2015, the sweeping industry called me back and I helped set up two successful companies before ego and personality conflicts got in the way and I had to start over again. I launched my own company in 2017 geared towards property maintenance/management. The winters were the rough in 2017 & 2018 so I decided to supplement my winter income with an overnight job at the local supermarket in 2019. Within two months the pandemic hit and I found myself lucky to be employed. Before the year was over I was offered the overnight Crew Chief spot taking over for a legend who would be retiring by the end of 2021. My training for this position saw me standing in for the Crew Chief and Overnight Store Manager for multiple stretches of time before I stepped into the role on December 30th, 2021.
