Joseph Lynch is a partner in Stoneridge Partners Texas office. He joined Stoneridge Partners in 2014 and specializes in areas of finance, regulatory compliance, human resources and business development. Joseph (Joe) Lynch, has over 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE healthcare sector as an owner, senior executive and strategy consultant. He has extensive experience advising clients in the healthcare sector on buy-and-sell-side due diligence, market-entry strategy, pricing strategy, finance, regulatory compliance, and growth strategy. Joe regularly advises major corporations on strategy, operational improvement, M&A support, strategy activation and implementation. After receiving his Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi, Joe held several progressively demanding senior level positions for a startup company OrNda Healthcorp’s (now Tenet’s) home health care presence. In 1997, he founded Reachout Home Care, a Medicare and private duty agency, where he served as co-owner and CEO. Over the next decade, Joe steadily grew Reachout through both acquisition and organic growth into three operating companies in Dallas and Houston, employing over 170 health care workers. In 2014, he sold his company to Humana. He has core expertise in the rapidly growing areas of new start-ups, acquisitions, and organic growth. He is an influential, top-producing business executive with strong qualifications in guiding corporations in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities and excels at guiding companies through uncharted waters.
