Across product, operations, and technology, I’ve helped organizations—from startups to enterprise insurers—find structure in chaos, unlock systems-level efficiency, and align execution with evolving strategy. Whether modernizing legacy platforms, spinning out new revenue lines, or navigating regulatory constraints, I’ve consistently been called on to solve high-stakes problems where certainty is scarce but outcomes still matter. At Premera, I lead digital platform initiatives to modernize service delivery in healthcare—a space where experience, compliance, and competitiveness all converge. At Triforza, I helped commercialize an internal AI/ML platform into a scalable SaaS business with $100M revenue ambition. And during my decade at Liberty Mutual, I led transformation across cloud, claims, and customer service—building the systems and frameworks needed to scale progress in a regulated, risk-averse environment. Currently, I’m also exploring product design through a UX side project—building tools and prototypes that bring simplicity to messy problems. It’s part of a broader push to expand my creative range and deepen my ability to solve complex, human-centered challenges end to end. Now pursuing my MBA at UW Foster, I’m deepening my strategic toolkit while staying close to execution. I’m energized by work that requires navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and building the infrastructure—human and technical—for sustainable growth.
