Joe Marron is an indispensable right-hand man to high-visibility leaders in technology, philanthropy and religion. Joe’s 15 year role as an Elder and Treasurer of a large non-denominational church has exposed him to the full spectrum of staff and operations issues. He has guided employees, such as the bookkeeper and facility manager, and volunteers in multiple ministries. He has been commended for bringing new energy to recruitment and promotion of Children’s ministries, and devising reporting and monitoring tools to help the Board of Directors understand financial conditions at a glance, resolving weak monetary practices and developing a sensible budget. Joe has applied his deep knowledge of procedure development to the day-to-day tasks within the church, ensuring smooth transitions as employees or volunteers come and go. Joe’s ministry style is decidedly hands-on. He is all about doing the work of the Church, not just talking about it. He has implemented an auction management database that was used for many years. He has personally hung the decorations for dozens of events (He has a reputation as the guy who can hang anything from the gymnasium ceiling.) Just as importantly, he is there early to lead prayer, holds team gatherings in his home, and stays to clean up. Joe is a problem solver and an engaging public speaker.
