While our clients range in industries, size and issues, we find that our target client has the following attributes: • Revenues range from $10 million to $600 million annually, with the sweet spot between $35 million and $300 million in annual revenue. • While we are competent in most categories, we are specifically strong in manufacturing and distribution businesses. • Our practice is focused on closely held organizations - specifically family-owned organizations, where ownership and management are sometimes the same. While primarily known as a premier provider of turnaround related services, our service offerings can be broken into four major categories: • Corporate Rejuvenation – stabilization of a financially or operationally distressed entity • Strategic Consulting – significant planning and analysis that can enhance growth and increase EBITDA and improve the efficient use of assets. • Interim Support / Management – provide C-Level and Director level services to companies that are corporate transition. • Insolvency Services – Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors or financial advisory services inside bankruptcy.
