About Joseph Messer

Mr. Messer provides comprehensive legal representation to a wide variety of small, mid-size and large business located throughout the country in litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Messer’s clients include financial, real estate, manufacturing, medical and service firms. Mr. Messer has extensive trial and appellate court experience and is admitted to practice before many federal district courts throughout the nation. He has earned a national reputation for defending lawsuits brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other state and federal consumer protection laws. Mr. Messer has conducted many trials in state and federal courts and has served as lead counsel in a multitude of class action lawsuits. He has also defended employment discrimination cases brought under federal civil rights laws. Mr. Messer also has extensive trademark litigation experience, having prosecuted and defended many trademark infringement cases throughout his career.
