Performs customer support for command and control systems used for navigation and sensor monitoring aboard Coast Guard cutter assets. Trains and familiarizes personnel on shipboard navigational systems using Linux based operating system and programs. As Human Resource Specialist; responsible for providing support affecting Soldiers’ overall welfare and well-being. Assisted leaders with keeping Soldiers combat-ready and effective. Oversaw unit strength management and strength distribution actions. Carried out postal and personnel accountability support while also maintaining emergency notification data. Assisted in the performance of organizational promotion boards and processed individual and unit awards.
