I am a hospitality leader with over 30 years of experience in the industry, specializing in hospitality and food and beverage management, resort operations, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement. I have a business diploma in hotel restaurant administration and multiple certifications in executive leadership, management, and communication from LinkedIn. Currently, I am the General Manager for Sodexo Canada transitioning the University of Windsor from a Self-operated Food service to third party operation, and an Instructor at St. Clair College, where I apply my skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service, develop standards, and achieve financial goals. I also share my expertise and insights with the next generation of hospitality professionals. Previously, I worked at Caesars Windsor, the first international Caesars branded property in the chain. Holding various Director roles I was able to enhance my skills while contributing to the success and growth of the facility. I am passionate about delivering excellence, solving challenges, and creating positive outcomes in the hospitality industry.
