About Joseph Morrison

I have 7+ years in the competitive State and Federal RFP bidding process, specifically bidding for complex health care RFPs. In my role, I work closely with multiple different departments and maintain a variety of responsibilities, especially during my time with CBH Medical and Qualis, LLC. With these companies I consulted on and headed numerous projects. In 2020, I was tasked with reviewing and modifying our Health Insurance program, leading to flat premiums, better benefit offerings, and a reduction of monthly costs. I have managed multiple health insurance program renewals and complete overhauls. I have also implemented robust 401(k) programs. In my role, I oversee all preliminary EEOC or FMLA issues and their defense as it pertains to administrative hearings. In 2021, I reviewed and was directly involved in reviewing professional liability insurance costs, leading to 30% savings year over year. In addition to my professional responsibilities, I am also a certified yoga teacher and an avid rock climber. The disciplines these hobbies have taught me are to always keep a level head and to be calm in challenging situations, which I strive to bring into my professional life.
