About Joseph Mullin

I'm a Video Editor for the OutPost at WGBH in Boston. The OutPost is an elite finishing facility like none other, and is integral in online, color correction, sound mixing, packaging and delivering PBS programs like FRONTLINE and NOVA for broadcast and distribution. The OutPost is an institution and a unique post house that can handle any challenge thrown at it, and I'm proud to be apart of a team that can take a finished cut and prep it for air under any circumstance. We are a strong department of the Production Group WGBH and we strive to treat every project that comes to our team with a level of care and attention to detail to produce and provide some of the highest quality content on national television. I graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 2015, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, I started at WGBH soon after graduating in July 2015. I am fluent in Avid Media Composer and it's assorted family of products and workflow solutions. I can build an edit suite, oversee a satellite feed, quality check and assure master program files and much more. Consider me a post-production swiss army knife. From graphics to titles, from ingest to output, I can do it all.
