With over 21 years of experience in presales, solutioning, and bid management, I am a director of growth and bids at Worxwide Consulting, a leading provider of custom, automated, and digital proposals for public and private sector clients across technology, telecom, and healthcare industries. My core competencies include new business development, customer relationship management, C-level presentations, solutioning, bid management, proposal automation, and digital proposals. I have a proven track record of winning large and complex bids, delivering innovative and immersive proposals, and creating effective go-to-market strategies. I have also earned the Deutsch A1 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications to enhance my skills and knowledge. At Worxwide, I lead a team of talented professionals who help clients respond to RFPs with end-to-end bid support, from devising bid strategy and assisting in technical writing, to bid management and graphics support. We also help clients automate the entire proposal journey through our in-house technologies, and create explainer video proposals, power-point-based interactive proposals, and web-based proposals that provide the evaluator with an immersive experience. My mission is to enable clients to convey their value proposition using presentable and professional business language, and to leverage the latest technologies and best practices to create proposals that stand out from the competition.
