Background

About Joseph Patel

I’m a Senior Product Professional with a strong background in leading digital transformation and delivering software products that make a real difference. I’ve spent my career working across client-facing, commercial and technical settings, helping teams turn ideas into products that improve efficiency, user experience and business value. Most recently at Redox Software Ltd, I led product direction and managed client relationships across a suite of bespoke software platforms. My focus was on connecting business goals with user needs, bringing together strategy, delivery and collaboration to deliver measurable results. Before that, I held key roles at ICAEW and Ecotricity, where I worked on modernising digital products and launching new customer-facing experiences in sectors where quality, compliance and sustainability really matter. I’m certified in Scrum, Product Management and PRINCE2 Agile, and I enjoy working with teams to create clarity, focus and momentum. I’m motivated by products that solve meaningful problems and by the process of shaping ideas into something that genuinely adds value for both users and the business.
