Hi My Name is Joseph Pranata O.S, you can call me Joseph, I am a Software Developer who started as a Web programmer with PHP programming language skills. In addition, I am trying to increase my knowledge by learning Java, CI frameworks and laravel, with the skills I have I can handle several web projects at once. After that, I also learned new things by becoming a QC / QA Engineer. Then with my skills and knowledge, I was appointed as an IT Project Manager. I was assigned to manage an IT project as well as the technical required for the project, so that I can estimate the process of estimating the processing time required for an IT project. I have been in my position for more than 1 year, I am also required to coordinate with several clients / customers to find out what the needs of the client / customer. In addition, I am required to be able to work under pressure and always respond quickly, and be able to manage several projects at once. Especially when a project runs together at the same time, I must be ready to think of an efficient work strategy so as not to hamper the company's productivity. What's more, I also use Jira & Trello Software in monitoring every progress of work on each project to achieve productivity, quality, and satisfactory results for clients / customers and the company. Apart from that, I also learned new things about the Java-based programming language, many things I got from the programming language. Especially in implementing projects that will be needed by companies in the future if they accept Java-based projects. I am an experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Python (Programming Language), PHP, Software System Analysis, Quality Assurance, and CodeIgniter. Strong program and project management professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in Information Technology from Petra Christian University.
