A sampling of my accomplishments includes: San Francisco Human Services Agency: • Increasing overall receivables from $2M to $5M/yr, with an 11% YoY growth rate. • Designing standardized operational procedures, resulting in greater compliance, efficiency, and quality of service. • Directing a consortium of 13 counties in the collective administration and sharing technologies and best practices for managing civil enforcement and criminal restitution functions. • Streamlining case processing times 50% by implementing a new accounting technology that also improved resolution time and quality for receivables. • Achieving major efficiency improvements while dramatically reducing performance issues and public complaints through staff training on policies and procedures. • Eliminating $10M in inventory and 8,500 clients by identifying deceased individuals.
