About Joseph Roberts

I’m a senior product engineering executive with over 10 years of experience delivering global enterprise-level technology programs and projects in the banking sector. Most recently, as an Executive Director for JP Morgan Chase, I led a global product engineering team delivering new technology solutions, certifications, and lifecycle management impacting 80k+ pieces of hardware across 5500 retail branches. Prior to that, in another Executive Director role with JP Morgan Chase, I directed a global remote WAN implementation team responsible for maintenance, expansion, and lifecycle management of the global core network aggregating traffic for retail banking centers and 500 corporate sites. I’ve been consistently recruited to new projects due to my outstanding track record of savvy people leadership and ability to keep engineering teams on task to deliver global projects. I’ve earned respect for my ability to view the big picture while attending to key details, protecting company interests, and solving complex, client-impacting issues with a customer-first mentality.
