Results-oriented leader with over 31 years of experience supervising, mentoring, collaborating, and leading cross-functional daily, critical, and highly complex initiatives. Provided excellent program management coordination with the offices within the US Navy, foreign embassies, Congress, and the White House. Coordinated, planned, developed, and delivered exercise and training programs according to the standards of the DoD Joint Training System (JTS) and the DHS Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP) to clients globally to integrate and guide the employment of constructive simulations in training and analytical work. Program manager for information operations in the development of multiple project management teams within JIOWC to establish relationships with more than 24 Department of Defense (DoD) and inter-agency organizations, which proved critical in support of great power competition. Conducted key leader engagements with DoD, private sector, US Department of Energy, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Naval Reactors, National Research Laboratories, Japanese Joint Staff Directorates, Regional Affairs Section and Defense Attaché Office at the US Embassy in Tokyo, Japan’s Tokyo Electric Power Company, and Japan’s Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency—resulted in increased bilateral relationships in a global crisis.
