My expertise includes proficiency in the entire AS9100 standard, GD & T, CMM fixture building & programming, CAD modeling, generating prints and adherence to ASME technical drawing standards, Mil-spec standards, and SAE standards. I have been actively involved in government system setups and government contracting processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality assurance protocols. Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) using methodologies like 5WHY and learning 8D. My focus on continuous improvement and analytical risk-based thinking approach has led to successful data analysis and implementation of effective quality enhancement strategies. Having worked in highly regulated industries, I am well-versed in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), iaqg Oasis, ITAR, FAR, DFAR, NIST, Govology, and SAM, ensuring that all processes align with the relevant standards and compliance requirements.
