SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS: Automating Operations: Program Manager responsible for the development, implementation, and adoption of a standard way (Tools & Processes) for Intel IT to automate their operational support procedures. Resulting in raised awareness, increased quality, and efficiency for operational support teams across Intel. Conferences: Delivered a memorable/engaging showcase experience for the IT Leaders’ Summit. My first year was such a success that I was asked to return for three years in a row, with each year outdoing the previous. Product Manager: I took lead in streamlining supportability for a Linux Server Farm (300+ Servers) that yield engineers use for data analysis/validation; by upgrading all servers to the latest Linux OS and consolidating seven Server Farms into one; effectively standardizing the support and increasing capacity of the farm. Manufacturing Video Collaboration: Designed, procured, implemented, and drove adoption for the first of its kind Secure Video Solution; enabling tool-side video collaboration for Intel Manufacturing. Making possible tool-side video collaboration between two factories spanning the globe. Product Integration: Led the Integration team through a focused effort to define team goals, success criteria, and team charter, empowering long-term success and top-level performance through clear direction and a common purpose.
